1. Acceptance
The following provisions govern your use of ATG LOCKSMITHS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using www.atglocksmiths.com.au Web Site and services. By using the www.atglocksmiths.com.au Web Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which constitute a contract between you and ATG LOCKSMITHS (ABN 95 212 738 996) This company owns the website and operates the business known as “ATG Locksmiths “. If you do not agree to all the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions, DO NOT use the www.atglocksmiths.com.au Web Site. We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the www.atglocksmiths.com.au Web Site constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to any revised Terms and Conditions.
2. Price and Payment
2.1 At ATG Locksmiths the Price shall be either:
(a) as indicated on any invoice provided by ATG Locksmiths to the Customer; or
(b) ATG Locksmiths quoted price (subject to clause 2.2) which will be valid for the period stated in the quotation or otherwise for a period of Sixty (30) days.
2.2 ATG Locksmiths reserves the right to change the Price if a variation to ATG Locksmiths quotation is requested. Any variation from the plan of scheduled works or specifications (including, but not limited to, any variation as a result of additional works required due to hidden or unidentifiable difficulties such as the site is unprepared for installation or as a result of increases to ATG Locksmiths in the cost of materials and labour) will be charged for on the basis of ATG Locksmiths quotation and will be shown as variations on the invoice. Payment for all variations must be made in full at their time of completion.
2.3 At ATG Locksmiths a deposit may be required.
2.4 Time for payment for the Goods being of the essence, the Price will be payable by the Customer on the date/s determined by ATG Locksmiths, which may be:
(a) on delivery/completion of the Goods;
(b) the date specified on any invoice or other form as being the date for payment.
2.5 Payment may be made by cash, electronic apple/pay wave, credit card, or by any other method as agreed to between the Customer and ATG Locksmiths.
3. Access
The Customer shall ensure that ATG Locksmiths has clear and free access to the work site at all times to enable them to undertake the works. ATG Locksmiths shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the site (including, without limitation, damage to pathways, driveways and concreted or paved or grassed areas) unless due to the negligence of ATG Locksmiths.
4. Title
4.1 ATG Locksmiths and the Customer agree that ownership of the Goods shall not pass until:
(a) the Customer has paid ATG Locksmiths all amounts owing to ATG Locksmiths; and
(b) the Customer has met all of its other obligations to ATG Locksmiths.
4.2 Receipt by ATG Locksmiths of any form of payment other than cash shall not be deemed to be payment until that form of payment has been honoured, cleared or recognised.
5. Defects, Warranties and Returns
5.1 The Customer must inspect the Goods and must within seven (7) days of receiving the goods notify ATG Locksmiths in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Customer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification, the Customer must allow ATG Locksmiths to inspect the Goods.
5.2 If ATG Locksmiths is required to replace the Goods, but is unable to do so, ATG Locksmiths may refund any money the Customer has paid for the Goods.
5.3 ATG Locksmiths may in its absolute discretion accept non-defective Goods for return in which case ATG Locksmiths may require the Customer to pay handling fees of up to forty-five percent (45%) of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs.
6. Privacy
6.1 The Customer agrees for ATG Locksmiths to obtain from a credit reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about the Customer in relation to credit provided by ATG Locksmiths.
6.2 The Customer agrees that ATG Locksmiths may exchange information about the Customer with those credit providers either named as trade referees by the Customer or named in a consumer credit report issued by a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:
(a) to assess an application by the Customer; and/or
(b) to notify other credit providers of a default by the Customer; and/or
(c) to assess the creditworthiness of the Customer.
7. All Cost that is listed on www.atglocksmiths.com.au website is a minimum estimate for the job, the final cost will vary.
It will depend on the security level of the lock-system, The complexity of the job, programming cost if associated plus labour charges.The final price will be explained before any work is done.
8.Lockout Disclaimer and Release

I have requested that ATG Locksmiths gain entry on my behalf. I understand that there is a possibility of damage to the lock or Mechanism, glass, Weather stripping, Paint and door frame when gaining entry and thereby release the person[s] and/ ATG Locksmiths of all responsibility. Both civil and criminal, in a court of law. I will accept full responsibility should any damage[s] occur.
I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions.
